To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 五個朋友去食車仔麵，其中兩個朋友入去等枱，企係張枱旁邊，等客人食完，另外三位朋友在門口排隊落單比錢，結果等枱等了10分鐘，排隊落單排了12分鐘。餐廳內人多，出入容易有碰撞，冷氣夠凍很舒服。蘿白超甜，表面有少少綠色。山根軟硬適中。流心蛋很滑。魚皮餃正常。雞翼一般。冬菇可接受。清湯湯底清甜。微辣和少辣湯底均很辣。凍樽仔奶茶16元，香濃幼滑。抹茶紅豆冰15元，大大杯，多紅豆。
