To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日突然想食排骨麵，所以專登搭車黎試下西環金祥，位於水街，都好出名，最出名就係排骨，係呢區已經有好多了歷史。黎到都已經好多人排隊，我1個人都等左十分鐘先可以入座。黎到就係要試排骨，所以本來想叫排骨麵(我指住圖) ，但落單伙記話：你試唔試下我地招牌排骨？ 我話：嘜呢個唔係招排咩？佢話：呢個係急凍肉黎架！ 佢話 (指住另一圖) : 你食呢個水餃排骨麵啦，呢個係新鮮排骨, 好奇怪，我唔想食水餃，所以叫了：炸紫菜腐皮排骨麵，單叫，唔係餐。豬扒=排骨 賣相同味都好好，有脆口，夠鬆軟，厚簿適中，好入味，正紫菜腐皮 覺得一般，比較簿，食落味道唔夠，我唔多鐘先，我食過珍珍自家出品，好正嘅紫菜腐皮，覺得呢間無得比。麵都好彈牙，好食，我會再黎。

紫菜腐皮 覺得一般，比較簿，食落味道唔夠，我唔多鐘先，我食過珍珍自家出品，好正嘅紫菜腐皮，覺得呢間無得比。
麵都好彈牙，好食，我會再黎。
