To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

✨ 第一樣緊係即刻叫咗個大拖羅壽司啦！拖羅不嬲都係壽司系列嘅主角，佢嘅油脂分佈係每個角落，入口即化，爽爽爽！ ✨ 我仲試咗佢嘅吞拿魚蓉味壽司，雖然係蓉狀，但係仍然有吞拿魚嘅鮮味，海鮮嘅稠度適中，回味清新，加埋特製製作醬汁，兩者相得益彰，使其壽司搭配非常恰當 ✨ 仲有三文魚火炙後香甜可口。燒焦後，表面酥脆嘅三文魚為壽司增添左酥脆的質感。 👍🏻 壽司的種類有好多，有魚、炸品、甜品等。下次我會再嘗試其他 sushi😍
