天氣驟降,要食泰菜火辣辣一下,這晚來到Thaiology,全場滿座,幸好有預先訂座呢!掃code自助落單,也有餐牌方便查看,我散點幾個經典菜式後,才發現套餐比較抵食呢......冬蔭公海鮮湯$168,2至3人份量,有2隻爽彈大虎蝦、青口、墨魚仔,酸辣度適中,不會嗆喉;餐廳已預先隔走蕃茄、南薑、香茅等湯料,可以全鍋喝掉呢!傳統的泰式魚餅蝦餅固然吸引,但論香口程度,非脆炸芝士蝦丸$108莫屬,手打蝦丸好大粒,爽彈鮮味又可口,中間半溶芝士完美混合蝦肉中,沒有違和感。海南雞(半隻)$168,最喜歡全熟的雞肉,雞皮下帶有少許啫喱層,皮嫩肉滑帶雞油香,我平日怕肥不吃雞皮,這趟要一併吃下去了﹗原個菠蘿炒飯$158,飯粒炒得夠乾爽,大量配料(肉鬆、提子、雞肉、菠蘿粒、青豆等),口感豐富。
