To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 那天是假日,很奇怪為何中午時間還剩下很多位,最後才知道原來自己去了極品餐廳,相當後悔。我都未試過嬲到要立即上open rice負評。這間餐廳已經貴,但最慘係受氣。接待嗰個唔知去左邊,裡面好多位,我們就一直等。最後中場入了洗手間,才發現原來接待的,成日入廁所玩手機。裡面很多梳化位,但偏要不給我們坐,說全部已book好,怎料我們走的時間,還剩下很多位。並全程黑面。餐廳氣氛奇怪,員工好似跟顧客有仇,還是白鴿眼,我也分不清楚。食物冇乜驚喜,不過不失。但全部要單點, 真的貴,這個服務我真的不知道為了什麼要吃。
