To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本周六諗住在這間餐廳午膳,就去排隊啦,當排到時,男接待員就問幾多人,我就話7個人,我問有冇位連住枱啦!佢態度很惡劣同不友善就話有就俾咗你啦!就示意我去另一條隊排,(我心諗咩態度呀!),之後我就排啦,過了一陣就諗住問下男接待員,我們可分開兩張檯座,現在可有位坐嗎?他就話現在執緊枱等五分鐘,我問是否有位俾我呀?他就重復話現在執緊枱等五分鐘,冇話是否有位俾我,因為我只是問他有冇位俾我,但他冇答我有冇,態度非常強硬,因為如果他冇位俾我,我就走了,等一分鐘都嫌多啦!之後男接待職員走出來話有位啦!不是屋企人堅持話在這餐廳用膳,我一早就走了唔幫趁了,我因為太嬲最終都冇食嘢就走了,只有屋企人留下用膳。餐廳有呢啲人做嘢!真係同老闆倒米!!⋯⋯
