最近又肥左,真係要好好控制體重啦,教練話控制體重,就要好好控制飲食,要留意每日吸收既卡路里,講就易平時大飲大食慣,點知食物有幾多卡路里,但有一日俾我見到華御結,睇落同ㄧ般自助壽司店差唔多,但原來内藏玄機,入面既食物旁有寫低食品既卡路里,令我呢款放縱飲食既人,控制體重既好幫手,我本來想食吞拿魚,但佢道地無貨,所以揀左北海道產秋鮭三文魚同流心濃香蛋黄,真唔知係我口味淡定其他因素,總覺得偏咸,下次都係食番吞拿魚🙈
