To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早上到荃灣江南開工，尚算順利，眼看到了午飯時間，先到麗城薈的譚仔三哥食晏。呢間譚仔三哥正在有海景，如果一個人可以坐單人位，望住海食，好開揚。今天正值中午，同同事2個人，要攞飛等位，等10張枱，等左15分鐘終於坐下來。等位期間已揀定食物，點了一份雞肉清湯，少米線，可減1蚊。另一份選了魚腐，豬肉，（重慶）三哥酸辣，選10小辣。各要一杯凍檸茶。清湯雞肉很適合我沒甚胃口。但三哥酸辣有驚喜，試了一些，有些開胃。這三哥酸辣又麻又香，小辣有6個程度可選，下次再來食過。
