To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近排在app識咗位素食者,大家都交流不少素食心得,他亦知我假日最喜歡遊咖啡室,所以就推介了一間位於中環的素食咖啡室給我,趁週末就去歎一歎。咖啡室是樓上舖,但都唔難搵,未上樓梯已有指示牌。再走上梯級就見到大大個店名招牌,無搵錯!門面舒適中帶點型格,內裏簡約寧靜,不過不出一會就好熱鬧!觀察四周,全部餐枱都是泊牆,用隔板間了二或四人枱,整齊企理。透過一排落地的門窗見到露天座位,但今日就好似未開放。還有近門的小角落,擺放了一些寄賣品,而另一處就有個好吸引我的麵包木箱,放滿我最喜歡的貝果,還有磅蛋糕。細閱兩份餐牌,食品和飲品各一。食品有頭盤、主菜和烘焙食品;飲品則有咖啡、凍飲、茶和熱飲,另外見凍櫃還有兩款純素蛋糕。************************先被選材豐富的紅咖喱雜錦蔬菜天貝配蒟蒻麵 Red Curry Veggies and Tempeh ($138)吸引了!上枱時熱辣辣,聞到陣陣的咖喱椰香,麵上放滿色彩繽紛的食材,不禁垂涎。成品有西蘭花苗、椰菜仔、粟米仔、小圓茄、甘荀仔、天貝、羅勒等,有些泰式風味。全部的食材都好新鮮,烹調時間亦掌握得很好,保持爽嫩,雖沾了紅咖喱香,但食落去

成品有西蘭花苗、椰菜仔、粟米仔、小圓茄、甘荀仔、天貝、羅勒等,有些泰式風味。全部的食材都好新鮮,烹調時間亦掌握得很好,保持爽嫩,雖沾了紅咖喱香,但食落去又不失原有味道。最特別是天貝,好有咬口,大家知唔知是乜東東,據網上資料所得,它又稱丹貝,是印尼的傳統發酵食品,大多是由黃豆製成,將黃豆去皮、加熱煮熟後,加入少孢根黴菌發酵而成,外觀看到是由一粒粒黃豆組合而成。

呷一口紅咖喱湯,湯身濃稠,滿有咖喱香,又有椰香,滲出微微的香辣,不至嗆喉,香濃美味,正!粗身的蒟蒻麵口感Q彈,好有咬口,沾上香濃的咖喱湯,好香濃,若舀一羮湯連麵大啖吃,更滋味!

見到一個個脹卜卜的貝果,身為貝果迷又點會忍得住呢…..幾款口味都好吸引,但真係食唔晒,最終要了一個焙茶朱古力貝果 Hojicha Chocolate Bagel ($32)。全個深濃啡色,表面有光澤。店員先把它烘暖,外層微脆,包身柔韌,挺有嚼勁,試按一按,有少許回彈,口感正是我喜歡的。細細咀嚼,嚐到焙茶的甘苦,以甜美的朱古力來平衡苦澀,配搭得剛好,讚!

見到兩款純素蛋糕 Vegan Cake($48)又忍住,有黑芝麻味和班蘭味,最後揀了前者。黑芝麻忌廉和蛋糕相間,共四層,頂層還灑了些甘香的芝麻。糕身有質感;忌廉不算好幼滑,因夾雜了芝麻碎屑,滿滿芝麻香,整體不甜膩,完全不覺漏滯。

飲品有不少選擇,奶類的飲品均是用燕麥奶沖調,正正岩晒唔受得牛奶的我,太好!在抹茶和焙茶掙扎中,最後揀了杯焙茶燕麥奶 Hojicha Latte ($52),原來我愛焙茶多過抹茶!?拉花的圖案不算很美,但清晰挺身,放埋咀近已聞到陣陣焙茶香。入口順滑,滿有焙茶的甘香,味道不會太甜,正合我倆口味。
