尋日去將軍澳南探朋友新居入伙,個邊環境優美,新樓陸繼入伙,去完帝景灣朋友屋企,朋友話樓下有間新開嘅火鍋店“彩興來來火鍋”幾好食,於是我地就落去食個晚餐。佢哋有幾個特色火鍋湯底可以選擇, 而我哋選擇咗“黃金雞湯”, 材料包括有雞、花膠、蟲草花等; 首先店員會將材料連薑同葱放到鍋炒至半熟,然後加上上湯,等啲湯滾起之後,首先品嘗一下花膠雞湯, 湯底清甜,雞肉夠嫩滑,花膠因為 預先處理過,所以好快已經夠 夠淋夠入味; 花膠真材實料,又厚又大塊, 淨係食湯底嘅材料經有三四乘飽肚。而火鍋配料亦都非常之多元化, 其中一樣必食既自家製配料係“芝士響鈴”,係師傅用腐皮包住芝士即炸, 即點即炸,上枱仲熱辣辣,呢樣對我嚟講係小食而唔係火鍋配料,裏面芝士半溶,外面非常香脆,完全唔需要沾落火鍋湯,食過返尋味。另外“西班牙黑毛豬”嘅必食推介, 一碟份量都唔少,黑毛豬一片片雪花紋非常清晰,放湯唔需要好耐已經食得,黑毛豬果然質素高, 肉味新鮮,肉質彈牙帶點爽口,性價比十分高,好味過肥牛。另外菜心苗比其他嘅火鍋店份量好多, 以前係第二度嘅火鍋店點選蔬菜類都會好少份量,佢哋呢度絕對大份,又新鮮,十分抵食。佢哋嘅黃金餃原來

另外菜心苗比其他嘅火鍋店份量好多, 以前係第二度嘅火鍋店點選蔬菜類都會好少份量,佢哋呢度絕對大份,又新鮮,十分抵食。

佢哋嘅黃金餃原來係豬肉粟米餃, 一份有八隻餃子,每隻都好大隻, 但係餃子皮就比較厚,呢度扣咗啲分。

最後仲點埋一個稻庭烏冬,烏冬落湯索埋火鍋湯底食,非常入味,食到好飽;朋友嘅推介果然無錯。
