銅鑼灣區一向繁雜,人流太多。今日同事提議去樓上cafe,當然跟著佢。餐廳播放著音樂,有露台區,好舒服,感覺不是身在銅鑼灣區。玫瑰寒天茘枝梳打顏色好美。有粒粒寒天增加嚼口,不單一,味道清新。卡邦尼手工圓粗麵麵條非常有彈性,有嚼勁,真係手工出品,讚。炙燒白松露雞翼雞翼慢慢滲透出松露香,又不會太過重味,恰到好處,「名物」當之無愧。Brownie採用72%嘅朱古力製作,濃稠而不膩。好喜歡雲呢拿打成cream伴食,香滑。
