To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行過上環,去咗間食豬扒嘅諸勝堂,標榜用日本雞蛋,去到邊度見到叉燒滑蛋都好想食,所以最後都係叫咗一個自家製叉燒日本滑蛋飯,另外出名食豬,所以叫咗招牌濃厚鮮茄汁配豬肉眼扒飯,炒滑蛋係有啲生生地嘅蛋白嘅炒滑蛋,唔係個個人都接受都鍾意嗰隻炒滑蛋,但係我本人係好like嘅,加埋啲醬汁,有滑蛋嘅撈飯係正嘅,自家製嘅叉燒,雖然食唔出有咩自家製咁特別,但係半肥瘦同埋味道都唔錯,之後嘅招牌濃厚鮮茄汁,感覺應該係搞爛咗嘅蕃茄汁,所以係有蕃茄肉嘅汁,蕃茄味濃,但係唔算好甜,個豬肉眼扒算係厚切,亦都好嫩滑,同普通豬扒唔同,比較唔理想嘅,係個沙律菜放埋喺同一碟到,味道係有少少影響到,另外一個驚喜係杯普通凍咖啡係我鍾意嗰種凍咖啡,甜味突出但有咖啡味,喺上環食晏晝,價錢真係算唔錯,啲嘢食又幾好食,唔錯嘅經驗。
