To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早兩日同同事去食湯加, 第一次幫襯湯加, 之前以為佢地係專打魚湯米線, 原來午市套餐都有好多不同選擇, 有幾款湯底揀, 有得揀燕麥飯, 糙米飯等, 都好多健康之選嘅食物, 我揀咗好耐, 樣樣都想試, 結果揀咗果醋豬軟骨蕃茄湯淮山麵配熱冬瓜茶。果醋豬軟骨蕃茄湯淮山麵: 蕃茄湯底幾濃, 有茄蓉, 可抗氧化。果醋豬軟骨好入味, 豬肉都鬆軟, 好淋, 幾好味。第一次食淮山麵, 出奇地好食, 口感特別, 麵條好幼身, 索埋D湯好正。熱冬瓜茶: 有點似糖漿味道, 過甜了。推介 蕃茄湯淮山麵~
