To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這天本來沒諗住到這店食甜品，但之前在鄰近餐廳食完頗倒胃的一餐，胃部已發出抗議的聲音。行經茶木，先是被她的裝修吸引，走過去睇睇個menu，個胃即刻叫我行入去，為左佢唔好再抗議，我做左一個平時很抗拒的決定 ---- 等位!15分鐘的等位時間，當然睇下其他食客的選餐，見十檯中有六七檯都有點蜜糖磚，賣相亦很吸引，雖然覺得會有點「流」，但還是忍不住要點試試。結果兩個人share一個蜜糖磚，吃光了也不覺得too much~ 主要是因為cream 跟雪糕的比例洽到好處，要推介!生果茶很清新,很多新鮮生果,如果夏天飲更佳。
