To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚同朋友去咗銅鑼灣希慎, 咁見到有啲肚餓, 於是試下佢樓上間台灣便當。皮蛋豆腐: 其實佢呢個皮蛋豆腐, 我幾鍾意佢個豆腐,因為佢個豆腐黃豆味十足 ,同埋個texture都做得好好, 所以呢個餐前小食我覺得係幾好嘅。香酥炸雞腿便當: 其實我第一次試呢一間嘢嘅便當, 個伴菜其實我覺得都幾好食同埋佢亦都落咗一啲粉絲同粟米, 每道伴菜都幾平均,飯量適中不是太多,啱女孩子份量, 講番個主角雞腿其實佢呢個雞脾,雞皮脆口同埋個雞肉亦都好嫩滑。鹽酥雞便當: 其實呢個便當,個配料同上高嘅炸雞腿便當啲配料係差唔多全部一樣,但佢呢一個唔同就係佢個主角鹽酥雞,佢個鹽酥雞 其實同台灣嗰啲都差唔多,都有台灣特色同埋佢炸上嚟冇落咁多粉, 因為有D飯堂真係粉仲多過肉但呢一度嘅便當鹽酥雞反而所以都恰到好處。讚!所以如果有朋友經開銅鑼灣 ,可以不妨試下呢一度嘅便當, 佢個便當set 連飲品的價錢大衆化,同埋最緊要就係好食。
