平時一向食牛腩米都係會揀屯門呢間,因為由細食到大,有質素保證👍🏻👍🏻 恕我孤陋寡聞,我都係最近先知,原來牛腩都有分好多種,而我今次食緊呢隻,就係叫做蝴蝶腩。 到底蝴蝶腩同平時食開的牛腩有什麼分別呢?就係牛腩上面會有一層薄薄嘅皮,好嫩滑,再夾埋鬆軟嘅牛腩,真係冇得頂呀👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
