今晚約左灣仔朋友去Sueno 食西班牙菜,在合和行前少少,餐廳有兩層,座位寬敞,下層一大個open kitchen , 有多個型仔大廚,上層驚喜有一個Private area , 有大梳化可坐五至六人,非常舒適。頭盤叫了Scallop tartare $148 用左北海道帶子,加了柚子醋調味,開胃,配埋三文魚籽食更鮮甜,還有烘過的薄脆紫菜片,連帶芝麻,非常香口,伴埋又滑又香甜的帶子非常好食的頭盤。另一TAPAS點了 Crab Popper$78,新鮮炸起,入口鬆脆,食落啖啖蟹肉,還有特別配上炸過的羽衣甘藍做伴菜增添口感。湯叫了個有份量的Seafood bisque$88, 濃郁的海鮮湯,蝦味較重。主菜叫了Cochinillo $248, 12 hours slow cook sucking pig With Caramel pineapple(慢煮西班牙乳豬)$248,配埋焦糖的菠蘿,令菠蘿更新鮮更清甜,呢個成隻豬脾上碟的乳豬,見到已興奮,切時感到肉質好稔,相信是乳豬慢煮的功效,又見外皮同肥膏分離,應該係烤焗的秘技,皮脆肉嫩,食埋焦糖菠蘿,減去油膩感,好食!西班牙菜唔少得西班牙海鮮飯S

西班牙菜唔少得西班牙海鮮飯Seafood Paella$208,選了龍蝦汁,本身可以揀選墨汁或龍蝦汁的,龍蝦汁滲透每粒飯粒,海鮮飯材料有巨型帶子、魷魚、蝦及蜆,全部都鮮甜彈牙。
