To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天與朋友來到位於灣仔軒尼斯道的新派手工點心專門點——龍點心店內裝潢揉合了傳統與新派潮流元素,甚有心思。食物方面亦然,把各款傳統的點心從新演繹,單是飲茶必吃的蝦餃和燒賣已經有五至六款,令人每款都好想試。店方推出了蝦餃和燒賣的拼盤,著實解救了不少選擇困難症的人如我😂一龍大滿足先來個「一龍大滿足」有酸菜魚鳳眼餃、蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃、筍尖蝦餃皇、松露野菌晶瑩餃、豌豆桃子及鹹蛋黃墨魚燒賣。酸菜魚鳳眼餃的辣夠過癮;蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃充滿著魚籽香;鹹蛋黃墨魚燒賣超爆汁,一不留神便會弄髒衣服🙈;豌豆桃子的餡料挺特別,有點像椰汁斑蘭,吃這種味道的蒸包真是第一次青森縣黑蒜帶子燒賣這個是店裡的期間限定款式。原來蒜蓉跟燒賣很搭配,完全沒有違和感馬拉小籠包小籠包內的湯汁是肉骨茶,肉湯味甚濃郁,沒有太濃烈的藥膳味,不過沒關係,反正我沒有很喜歡藥膳的味道口水汁龍利魚腸粉這裡的腸粉是師傅即叫即拉的,怪不得特別滑,沒有粉粉的感覺。這個口水汁腸粉有點像紅油炒手跟水煮魚的混合版。羊肚菌燉水鴨湯近想有點涼意,天氣乾燥,喝個燉湯就最適合不過了。這裡的燉湯CP值超高,五十元一大碗,而且材料十足,細食的朋友單喝這個燉湯已經可以當午餐。炸

店方為慶祝灣仔店開幕,每位堂食顧客都獲贈兩款宮延點心,今天送的是荷花酥和驢打滾。原來驢打滾,又稱豆麵糕,是一種以糯米做皮,紅豆做餡的滿族傳統小吃;而荷花酥則以蓮蓉作餡料,有如此特別的宮廷點心作甜品,非常完滿
