話說👧🏻Bookmark咗呢間麵包店🥯冇一年都半年,不過一直都唔順路冇去買包包。法式布丁包🍮掀起熱潮後,呢間麵包店就出咗進化版🧬,出咗Tiramisu同焦糖燉蛋軟包,搞到唔少人去排隊!今次去開附近,終於有機會一試🥰!🌟Tiramisu Soft Bun兩種Soft Bun嚟講Tiramisu Bun係比較印象深刻👀。內餡嘅Tiramisu唔係就咁用Mascarpone Cheese🧀,灑少少🤏朱古力粉🍫交行貨。估唔到仲有浸咗咖啡嘅手指餅☕️,係一個原整嘅Tiramisu包🥰。Tiramisu 軟滑唔膩,質感同軟包好夾!🌟Creme Brulee Soft Bun平時出面食法式布丁包係用上吉士醬,翻熱時內餡會焗溶🫠。而呢個焦糖燉蛋軟包嘅內餡係燉蛋,翻熱後反而會焗熟咗燉蛋🥚,所以都係建議大家凍食!燉蛋頗嫩滑,不過略嫌焦糖🍬燒得唔夠焦香,冇焦糖嘅痕跡😅。🌟新東陽芝麻海苔肉鬆包//袐製明太子軟包//黑松露忌廉芝士包三款麵包整體上都發揮不錯,唯一覺得Size偏細😕,食完一個包都唔夠飽😅。肉鬆包包面鋪滿台灣肉鬆名牌新東陽嘅海苔肉鬆,一定好味😋。明太子包就將明太子🧡同沙律醬混合,明太子醬比例都幾高😍,

🌟新東陽芝麻海苔肉鬆包//袐製明太子軟包//黑松露忌廉芝士包
三款麵包整體上都發揮不錯,唯一覺得Size偏細😕,食完一個包都唔夠飽😅。肉鬆包包面鋪滿台灣肉鬆名牌新東陽嘅海苔肉鬆,一定好味😋。明太子包就將明太子🧡同沙律醬混合,明太子醬比例都幾高😍,咸香正呀😏!至於黑松露忌廉芝士🍄都係不敗之選,不過個人認為品穀更勝一籌。
