To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天提早跟媽媽食母親節飯,因為那天要上班。媽媽比較喜歡中菜,今次帶她來酒樓吃飯。一坐下來,有這個開胃菜給我們!有木耳、青瓜,炸花生,酸菜,吃完覺得很肚餓。今次點了頗多,包括有9頭南非鮑魚伴玉掌, 鮑魚口感煙韌,鵝掌軟腍入味。關西刺參浸花膠,刺身肉質肥厚,口感軟滑,花膠爽而滑溜。上湯焗加拿大龍蝦伊麵,龍蝦啖啖肉,伊麵底吸收到龍蝦的精華,很入味。欖菜肉鬆四季豆,四季豆新鮮脆嫩,炒得很香口,夠火候!鵝肝醬貢菜炒什菌,我是第一次吃貢菜,味道很特別,質感爽口,另外什菌炸得很香口。黑松露帶子炒蛋,很香黑松露的味道。金蒜粉絲蒸皇帝貝6隻,皇帝貝很新鮮,蒜蓉蒸真的無得輸。
