To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 提早一星期避開正日。亦已知正日是按時間分兩輪訂枱,酒樓會whatsapp定鮑參翅肚menu給訂枱人。非正日就是平常地食, 不限時間訂枱或用膳。整體是非常滿意,服務,食物和價錢成正比。人均$380。他的片皮鴨不需預訂, 非常方便,我們一行6人選了半隻。留肚嘗其他菜式。豆辦蓉蝦球: 豆辦蓉是鮮磨,有上湯味道,欣賞它的清淡鮮甜。西檸雞水煮魚:一枱人個個對這菜的辣度評語不同,有人食得辣,有人食到傷心流淚,個人來說是很喜歡這菜,我不怕辣也喜歡麻,,嗜辣的請勿錯過。火腿津白: 鹹香金華火腿已夠淋,伴著津白,味道相得益彰。母親選了兩個甜品作結: 高力香蕉豆沙: 明知是炸物,但不油膩,皮不厚,內有香蕉和豆沙,很滿足。豆沙鍋餅:, 雖然眼見“薄e e ”, 是因為皮是真的很薄,不會食落成口粉,相對地,豆沙的量就顯得剛剛好。好味!有師傅仔表演拉麵,表演後推了入VIP房,不知有什麼搞作。價錢參考,另有加一的。
