為咗氹老人家開心,我哋決定將父親節同母親節一齊慶祝~餐廳方面都係想以中菜為主!我屋企人就好得意,出去食飯阿媽永遠都係會講"點啲屋企煮唔到嘅嘢"(皆因佢都係廚藝高手😎✌🏻🤣)為咗滿足佢哋,呢一餐真係費盡心思🤣"懷舊叫化雞"方法好特別,要用錘仔卜開d荷葉皮!外表平平無奇但一打開已經香氣撲鼻🤤金黃色嘅嫩滑雞肉,配合紅棗、冬菇、木耳等等嘅配料底下層次豐富。係一個相當需要技巧嘅菜式!呢碟外脆內軟"脆皮炸大腸"真係必點!咬落勁香口而且又唔會多肥膏!超正!"生炒臘味糯米飯"有人話最高境界嘅生炒糯米飯係可以粒粒分明,食落嗰種油香係平均分佈滿每一粒飯粒,鹹度適中。呢個糯米飯正正係我食過最好食嘅糯米飯!呢一條"清蒸忘不了魚"係鎮店之寶,雖然係河魚但係冇泥味,而且魚肉肉質好有彈性,幾乎係每一台必點之選。最後嘅甜品以綠豆沙結尾,係呢啲咁熱天氣,綠豆沙正正可以下火,長輩都非常滿意呢一餐🤤💓
