To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一路以為北京樓係好高消費嘅地方 原來餐牌裏面都有啲價格比較親民嘅菜式。已經有父親節set 啦, 但個個都唔食海參, 散叫算啦! 拼盤:影都影唔切, 上: 糖醋骨 (唯獨呢一個唔係幾適合做頭盤)中: 素鵝下: 海蜇 奶油小黃白媽媽話奶油好騷。 呢點我接受到, 不過可以鹹少少。上海炒年糕普通野 安格斯牛柳粒牛肉味好濃, 西椒吸收左牛油, 好香水煮魚魚唔太多, 但有萵筍, 腐竹咬下都ok 啦。 不過, 啲粉就麻麻, 好似粉皮咁, 都唔吸味嘅 食麻辣野都係薯粉夾啲 未片皮鴨壯觀到呢! 不過, 未到我地食左小籠包先多汁黎啦! 等左你好耐啦!明明話片皮... 點解咁多肉嘅?! 唔係太專業喎! 一塊正面片嘅皮都唔見, 側邊嗰啲都係角位黎嘅。 我唔係好信呢度係一隻囉... 算啦! 出黎食飯係會俾人抽水架啦好脆咩?! 又唔係喎... 好香咩?! 又唔覺喎同埋青瓜切得好粗, 又俾得少, 點夠包喎...好在問佢要多碟青瓜都冇話要收錢加多$88 炒個鴨鬆咁啱個生菜好似個波咁, 好好包!呢碟炒粒粒都炒得唔錯, 有芹菜, 冬菇, 唔香就奇啦!
