新一年,要講好意頭啦!又就黎到農曆新年,我們一起提早到「來佬餐廳」嚟個 gathering,慶祝農曆新年冬天最好來過熱飲,「雪梨無花果蜜」,味道甜蜜夠滋潤「懷舊蝦多士」我自己就要了沒有味精的「竹笙螺頭燉雞湯」,湯鮮而且沒有一層油浮面,真材實料:「點心拼盤」有菠菜餃、魚籽燒賣及南瓜餃,會讓我都有吃了一小口,菠菜餃是我的心水,不論餃皮及餡料都充滿菠菜味,今次真係由外「菠」到內「招牌來佬雞翼」,非吃不可,用甜汁可以耮飯吃,不錯「金絲炸雞翼」,裏面長滿了甘荀粒、素菜及素魚翅,平行了油潤感乳鴿方面我們點了兩款,有「來佬乳鴿」及「酥炸乳鴿」,雖然近排經常生暗瘡,但我還是喜歡後者的酥香:
