To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日晚餐同屋企人黎食，呢度麻雀雖小，不過嘢食俱全，餐牌上好多款式都啱我口味，乾炒牛河、星洲炒米等等。最後我叫咗一碟楊州炒飯，配特飲，加$12嘅紅豆冰😍呢碟楊州炒飯有蝦仁、叉燒、蛋、椰菜絲等等，材料豐富，而且飯炒得夠乾身，粒粒分明，調味亦剛剛好，不會過淡或者過咸😋仲大大碟，一定食得飽。炸魚塊都幾好味，煮既芡汁唔錯，有菜心可以平衡下食炸嘢嘅罪惡感呢到服務都好好，好有笑容😊黎幫襯都幫襯得開心！🥳
