近排嘅梅雨天終於過去,又係行山活動一番嘅時候。點知天公不造美諗住去西高山又再黎落過雨,滯留左係置地。咁就唯有食個飽足下午茶打發時間。雪糕紅豆冰:伙記通知無晒雲呢嗱味唯有轉朱古力,但最意想不到係用左椰奶去調配。紅豆綿細再配上清香椰奶,唔錯。無冰奶茶。以冰鎮形式保持奶茶嘅原味,茶味香濃,鐘意佢無咁多奶因為太多會影響到整體味道同幼滑口感。咸牛肉軍艦。以熱狗包製成,個包烘得少少脆身。鹹牛肉同炒蛋比例又啱啱好,食落唔會有太強嘅咸牛肉味,淡淡蛋香更滋味。乾炒牛河。牛肉夠嫰滑入味,整體唔算太油膩,雖然色水好似好深但味道唔會過濃,有啲河粉仲炒到有少少脆邊,配上牙菜韮黃等口感豐富。雞扒公仔麵。公仔麵夠乾身,唔會糊成一團就已經好食左一大半。雞肉結實配上爽口麵質,食時仲有些許辣味提升味道的確唔錯。多士雪糕。粒粒多士沾滿香脆蛋漿,炸得香口中間仲軟綿綿。混和煉奶及雪糕,一冰一火嘅口感就係咁簡單。臨走時先發以帆船造型嘅冰室,正正向住大海方向寓意揚帆出海。依家愈來愈多舊式冰室結業,真係有啲心酸如果好似金記咁作出改變,相信港人會繼續支持。
