閨蜜啱啱從上海返來,佢話今年情人節要喺香港自己過。於是我search 下邊度有情人節套餐同佢預先慶祝。有朋友介紹話呢間餐廳有個聯營情人節鮮花workshop(dayfloristhk主理)及限定情人節套餐(只限10/2-14/2),咁我就邀請閨蜜同一齊去試吓。上完個鮮花workshop 之後仲可以喺餐廳度食晚餐。呢個套餐包括兩個前菜、餐湯、一個主菜及一個意粉或意大利飯,而前菜同餐湯都係情人節限定先有。前菜1 : 北海道海膽配松露珍珠黑魚子帶子刺身 - 海膽同帶子刺身好新鮮,配埋松露珍珠黑魚子更加鮮甜。前菜2 : 西班牙24個月橡果黑豚火腿配蜜瓜呢個黑豚火腿就喺餐廳放出來果隻切片出嚟!火腿味香唔咸而且真係有橡果味配埋蜜瓜味道啱啱好,本人幾鍾意餐廳用羽衣甘藍呢種沙律菜拌碟。餐湯: 忌廉周打蠔湯 - 周打湯味道好香濃,可以飲到個湯用蠔同蔬菜熬製,而且加埋隻煎蠔放喺湯面,鮮甜又唔醒。主菜其實有幾款選擇,有海鮮、牛扒、燒春雞同燒乳豬。我哋就揀左呢度嘅招牌菜 - Y.S.T 燒乳豬。真係要講下呢個乳豬,個皮燒到脆卜卜,食起嚟啲肉質好嫩滑多汁,滑到以為食緊雞肉。太美味!另外一個主菜就點咗香煎龍蝦尾扁

呢個黑豚火腿就喺餐廳放出來果隻切片出嚟!火腿味香唔咸而且真係有橡果味配埋蜜瓜味道啱啱好,本人幾鍾意餐廳用羽衣甘藍呢種沙律菜拌碟。

餐湯: 忌廉周打蠔湯 - 周打湯味道好香濃,可以飲到個湯用蠔同蔬菜熬製,而且加埋隻煎蠔放喺湯面,鮮甜又唔醒。

另外一個主菜就點咗香煎龍蝦尾扁意粉,個意粉賣相好得,龍蝦肉厚,意粉口感有啲似沾麵咁點住龍蝦湯離食,呢個赤蝦濃汁好濃郁。個人覺得個意粉可以煮硬少少會更加煙韌增加口感。

我地仲加錢叫左兩杯特色飲品:
Mocktail-Virgo
呢杯用咗蜜桃果蓉同埋紅莓汁,飲到啖啖玫瑰花香,呢杯mocktail 顏色淡紅色充滿少女氣息,打卡一流。

Cocktail- nou mou
係用Gin 去做主題嘅一杯Cocktail,味道有少少basil 加青檸,飲落去好清新香甜,好鐘意呢個味道,食完咁多肉飲呢杯cocktail 完全解膩。

今次用餐體驗好完滿好開心!又有鮮花workshop 又可以食到美食,呢個情人節限定套餐真係唔可以錯過,情人節限定套餐只係做10/2-14/2 咋!
