To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

仲記得第一次接觸花膠雞米線係同事帶我去長沙灣分店食當時幾surprise竟然咁用心推出左個高質米線因為飲落既湯底係飲得到花膠既膠質，而且帶微微胡椒香，仲要用原隻雞件黎做配料當時亦都係限定推出新品既最後一日，自此一路就對呢碗米線念念不忘近期見到三哥啲地鐵廣告，發覺竟然重新推出番呢個花膠雞米線，專登午餐時間行遠啲去試下其實係落單既時候，姐姐問想要咩湯底已經聞到有小小伏味，乜唔係特製湯底黎架咩🥲無論點都好，都阻止唔到我想搵番「初戀」既初衷硬住頭皮照嗌個普通酸辣我既幻想就係我夾起呢舊cheap cheap滑雞件既時候完全破滅做乜姐🥲做乜比左舊係普通打邊爐啲任食滑雞件我姐🥲話哂你個米線都$48架個胡椒味原來唔係指湯底，而係重度醃製既雞件三哥，你還番個初戀比我得唔得呀🥲明明poster上面啲雞都仲係新鮮雞件（啲皮黃架）🥲，會唔會貨不對板得太緊要⋯⋯是日探店尋初戀之旅以失敗告終再見了我的初戀🥲
