To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說又到3點點3呢個鐘數,身為打工仔既小弟就緊係要食返個下午茶邪一邪佢先。咁岩又有老死黎探班,二話不說就黎左呢間九龍餐室啦。一來出黎蛇下時間又唔多,二來佢空間又大,又有卡位,第三就係佢有晒基本港式野既items,簡直滿足到我呢個茶餐廳愛好者呀!自己食左個栗米魚柳意粉,啲魚柳炸到岩岩好,又唔厚粉,算叫做足料,個栗米汁又同到個伴碟既翠玉瓜有唔單只係味覺上既共鳴,睇到佢同啲黃色既栗米同翠綠色既瓜,真係心曠神怡,老死都話下次要試!講多無謂,去相!
