相比老銅, 我更愛附近"旺中帶靜"的大坑, 起碼不是人頭湧湧, 而是氣氛寧靜寫意, 車子廢氣都少D啦, 幸好時間尚早, 也只是六點多, 就給那鮮艷的芥辣黃色吸引著, 位置在轉角位亦很容易見到喔入面地方不算大, 位子只有十多個, 有近bar枱, 高身枱及2~3張等, 內面播放著英文歌(不是rock n roll那種吵耳的), 感覺有點似外國的小店, 男友就說"這間吧! 反而也吃厭了外面連鎖店的東西"店主招呼了我們坐上高身桌, 然後就介紹佢地店內凡食物, 這裡沒有特定的餐牌, 所有提供的食物統統手寫在高黑板上貼心地分類別寫上, 有snack, from the sea (海鮮類)from the land (豬牛雞羊等)更有chief special (廚師推介), 見到咁多"雞腸"字, 都唔駛驚既, 店主會親自過來逐一介紹的, 其實唔提供餐牌, 除左因為廚師會不時轉換菜式, 令食客有新鮮感, 此外店主亦想跟食客有多一點互動及溝通, 了解食客需要/喜好等, 務求大家食得開心又放心雖然係open kitchen (開放式廚房), 但沒有半點油煙味喔, 當然鐘情睇住廚師煮野食既話, bar桌就

遲來的herloon tomato, feta, basil, 呢到用上蕃茄以製既沙津, 唔係用本地蕃茄, 材料主要是來自英國的herloon tomato (佢地由外國入口的), 新解多汁, 沒有本地蕃茄的草青味, 上面加有希臘fata cheese, 一款較light既芝士, 旁邊更有黑醋, 三者一次過食, 配合得宜, 雖然材料比一般沙津單調, 但出來感覺更rich~

最特別係雞皮同雞肉之間釀有類似麵包糠的東東, 雞肉嫩滑配合香脆的雞皮, 一隻小小的春雞兩個人share, 就剛剛好, 食完之後, 大廚又跟我們打招呼, 像朋友一樣地聊聊今晚既佳餚, 言談間, 更得知大廚從澳洲學廚多年, mustard也是開業短短兩個月, 當晚8點半已經全院滿座, 實力不容忽視, 相信不久將來應該會大排長龍, 成為一間人氣食店
