To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 坐低有兩個小食,每個收你$15,不過份量同味道都滿意嘅。叫咗個砂鍋雲吞雞,都分到六碗,雲吞就好似每人一粒,我哋叫嘅係半隻雞版本,隻雞都ok。跟住要咗半隻片皮鴨,隻鴨唔係好肥,呢度嘅薄撐皮比較少,當然你可以話片皮鴨份量多啦。夾片皮鴨嘅配料除咗有平時嘅青瓜絲同埋京蔥絲之外,呢度仲有酸梅條。然後又要咗半條松子糖醋魚,睇落去好大條,不過食落就唔係分到好多件。蔥油餅有兩款,我哋揀咗厚身呢一款,味道唔錯。最後甜品就叫咗豆沙鍋餅,可惜豆沙真係比較少。
