To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聖誕節期間就揀咗位於中環擺花街嘅RaRE(紅館)試吓佢,而今次就order咗3個courses 一試究竟!·1️⃣磨菇濃湯:湯以磨菇蓉為主導,綿滑香濃,啖啖磨菇香!👍🏻·2️⃣法式豬肉醬伴法包:食得出個豬肉醬係以傳統法式手法製作,肉醬口感都算幾幼滑,味道方面除咗豬肉本身嘅肉味之外仲食到輕輕嘅香草味,唔錯!·3️⃣ 蟹肉Risotto:呢碟浄係買相已經夠吸引,用蟹蓋盛載住嘅Risotto一啲都無令人失望。飯粒煮到軟硬適中又吸收到湯汁嘅鮮味,最正係真係食到一絲絲嘅蟹肉同埋好香嘅芝士味。我覺得呢碟一定要試!😍·餐廳環境唔叫好靚,不過我鐘意佢有一份西式小餐館嘅氣息,而且服務都算幾貼心,用餐期間都食得出淡淡的人情味。
