To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前從未去過呢間酒樓食野，上個月因為之前做野o既學校結校有個聚餐所以第一次去，果晚我地包哂全個場，九十幾圍，d野食都ok喎，唔知係大肚餓定真係好味啦，我覺得唔錯，但果度o既service都ok，d人做野都好快，我想讚佢地一樣野係，果晚我地開咁多圍，當然上菜要一定時間啦，不過佢好在係每味菜上o既時候都可以依然係熱o既，係每圍都係咁喎，而且當晚佢地o既staff都好合作，真係唔錯，食物質素可以、服務可以，而且價錢都唔係貴，當然一分錢一分貨，不過當晚d野見得人架，都係二千幾一圍包酒水，唔加一，o係金鐘真係算抵食架喇，有機會我都會去再幫襯。
