Restaurant: Sun Tung Lok Chinese Cuisine

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次帶咗屋企人去摘星之旅,就係連續14年米芝蓮嘅新同樂酒家🌟我哋total食咗$1,185食到超開心,首先環境係超級舒服亦都有privacy,服務員超級細心不停斟茶同埋換碟。每一道菜都整得好靚而且味道超級好,果然係米芝蓮常客😎✨百花脆皮乳豬件百花脆皮乳豬件上面係乳豬脆皮下面係蝦膠,乳豬皮烤得金黃酥脆,搭配蝦膠的鮮甜,整個口感層次直接升級,鮮香脆嫩一次滿足。✨黑魚籽鮮蝦帶子豆苗球上面個網係竹笙,做得超級精緻個皮好薄,黑魚籽的鹹香配上鮮蝦和帶子的彈牙,再加上豆苗的清爽,整個口感層次超豐富。✨鹿兒島 A4 和牛咸水角佢嘅外型係一個梨做得好靚,A4 和牛的油脂香氣完全融入外皮,咬下去外酥內嫩,肉汁四溢。✨奇香粉絲原隻九州大蝦皇King size日本九州蝦大過我手掌,蝦肉又彈又嫩,但係重點係粉絲吸曬啲汁好鮮味濃郁,加埋薑蔥同埋薑一齊炒好惹味。✨龍鬚糖法式焦糖燉蛋最後來個甜點收尾,龍鬚糖的輕盈配上法式焦糖燉蛋的滑同濃郁,一輕一重完美平衡,甜而不膩。
