To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 母親節當然做自己鍾意做的事,今次去了營致會館試菜。 餐廳沒有花巧的佈置,較簡單及略為西式。今次午餐我選擇嘗試他們的六道菜的Testing Menu加招牌脆香貴妃雞。燒師傅講求快靚正、用料要新鮮、不時不食。首先是頭盤黑魚子螺片海紅葉伴頭抽香煎鹿兒島A4和牛粒,我比較喜歡A4和牛粒非常惹味。第二碟係香蔥爆乳龍,材料十足,有整條龍蝦尾,肉質彈牙足以證明非常新鮮及夠鑊氣。第三碟是濃雞湯杞子浸花膠,雞湯味道濃郁相信用很多隻雞燉制而成。至於脆皮貴妃雞,外皮鬆脆、肉質軟滑、肉汁豐富、非常入味,果然是招牌菜,名不虛傳。第四碟菜是原隻南非鮑魚雞粒燴飯,用料十足有口感。甜品有蓮蓉西米焗布甸及兩個小點柚子柑桔椰子糕拼香芒椰絲糯米糍,我個人就比較喜歡西米焗布甸,我覺得柚子柑桔椰子糕個mix味道太複雜,椰子的味道較濃蓋過柚子清新的味道,不是一個很好的crossover。另外,香芒椰絲糯米糍的芒果味道唔夠出未能帶出香芒的感覺。建議另選其他甜品代替。總括來說味道非常合我的心意,唯獨甜品有進步的空間。另外,洗手間設於外邊亦是不足之處。服務方面由訂坐到待應的態度都非常專業,尤其是部長很細心、體貼,明白客人的需要及提供

總括來說味道非常合我的心意,唯獨甜品有進步的空間。另外,洗手間設於外邊亦是不足之處。服務方面由訂坐到待應的態度都非常專業,尤其是部長很細心、體貼,明白客人的需要及提供適合的建議是值得讚賞👍🏻。現今香港的fine dinning尤其中菜很少搵到這些專業服務。希望能保持水準。
