雖然話賣東南亞菜,但都會融入西式元素,就好似呢道沙嗲,完全同平常所見嘅沙嗲串燒好唔同,先喺串起嚟嘅雞肉就大大件,好似食雞扒咁,啖啖肉,最正就喺肉質嫩滑,雞皮燒得有啲焦香,唧上少少青檸汁,添加幾分清爽感。而下面嘅醬汁餐牌就寫住用上香茅、大蒜、椰子、辣椒做成,有別一般沙爹醬重花生味,呢個就帶點辣勁,食落成個人醒晒。

炭烤封門牛柳米粉 $158

其中一款主菜叫烤肉米粉,可以選配炭烤雞肉、羊肉、牛柳、炸綠木瓜拼豆腐,我哋就揀咗配牛柳,此外配料仲包括芽菜、青瓜片、醃漬青木瓜絲、紅蘿蔔絲、炸紅蔥頭、花生碎,再淋上自家製嘅蔥油魚露,將所有食材撈勻,好有星馬菜嘅「撈起」,拌勻之後入口,味道多層次,口感極之豐富,啲牛柳又軟腍,幾特別嘅菜式。

冬蔭蒸紅鯛 $298

印象中,東亞東南亞菜比較少用紅鯛,通常都喺烏頭多,而呢道菜用上紅鯛,固然升格咗,原條紅鯛非常吸晴。條魚蒸得啱啱好,肉質超嫩滑,且富魚鮮味,確喺好鮮甜細緻,而冬陰功湯味道酸酸辣辣,辣得嚟唔會好嗆喉,令人好開胃,再者,湯內有唔少菇菌同粉絲,喺一道好豐富嘅魚鮮菜式。

一餐飯總要有多啲蔬菜平衡吓,配菜類中有多款蔬菜菜式,揀咗個泰式炒芥蘭苗,翠綠嘅芥蘭苗睇落好靚仔,入口仲保留到少少脆口感,灑滿炸蒜粒,自不然更加香口惹味。

最後唔少得食個甜品作結,本來就好想試榴槤糯米飯,好可惜賣晒。不過,呢款炸香蕉我哋都好有興趣試,香蕉沾上粉漿去炸,食落外層好甘脆,香蕉肉軟腍香甜,仲伴有兩大球椰子雪糕,並灑滿花生粒同淋上糖漿,實在美味。

小弟成日講,依家啲酒吧餐廳真喺唔可以睇少,做菜好有水準,而餐廳嘅服務好到位,店員亦都非常有禮貌,上菜嘅速度啱啱好,唔急又唔慢,令人用餐輕鬆悠閒,值得推薦
