天氣乍暖還寒,吃火鍋是個不二之選,早前聽朋友說這裡的雞煲挺不錯,今晚就一於來試試。由佐敦地鐵站D出口行來,也不是太遠,出了地鐵站向左轉,到達柯士甸道再左轉直落,行到馬會右轉到松山道,就在對面街不遠處。竪立於門外的"無限時任飲任食"火鍋推介。平日只是$288/位,而且無時限任飲任食(啤酒除外),星期五、六、公眾假期或假期前夕則有時間限制;但也有兩個半小時,足夠時間慢慢享用,每位也只不過多付十元。除雞煲外,兩位以上還可選擇原隻龍蝦湯底或花膠雞湯底,加埋種類及份量超多的海鮮拼盤;那怕你是大胃王,也能令你捧腹而回。食店設於閣樓地方也頗寬倘,還有一間VIP房;湊夠人數又可自成一角!除了汽水和茶類,還有自家製的蜂蜜菊花露和菊花薑蜜。雞煲(微辣)~雞煲的分量真不少,估計也有半隻雞的分量,甫掀起煲蓋,那陣香辣惹味的氣味隨即噗鼻而來,雞肉非常嫩滑,微微的辣更特顯出雞肉的鮮美,平日少吃雞肉的我,也吃過不停。這兒的紅薯粉並不是常見的幼身類型,是店家特地訂制的;有點兒像河粉,質感是煙韌有彈性;索了湯汁的薯粉著實令人愛不釋口,切記不要煮得過久呀。有點口渴,這個韓國的石榴汁既解渴;又不會太甜,兼且解辣一流。龍蝦番

碩大的龍蝦,每人半隻,店員說已煮熟,所以當水滾時便要立即食用,蝦肉爽口彈牙,但煮完再滾,肉質始終有點過熟。
