直至今日,無去過新浦崗大磡村食擔擔麵係人生一大遺憾,最激氣係當年日日都會經過大磡村村口,都總係過門不入,唉...... 無計! 當年年紀輕拾吓拾吓嘛.....早排知道佢地係觀塘開分店,於是走去睇睇咩環境.都係果句,人生苦短,有得享受快快享受,轉頭又話玩D咩咩紅黃藍碼唔俾入食巿,所以唔好浪費寶貴光陰餐廳改咗名叫千歲擔擔麵,環境比黃大仙店更闊落.首選當然係點擔擔麵,分正宗版同改良版,分別係改良版加上豬肉,另外亦都分辣同唔辣,我點咗改良版,走辣.另外小籠包,生煎包,蟹粉鍋巴,清炒河蝦仁各一客.清粉河蝦仁超好味無得輸,蝦仁新鮮鮮甜又彈牙,連D蔥段都好好味.小籠包皮薄但由夾起至放入口都無穿,小籠包汁夠豐富,味道適中唔會過咸,生煎飽內餡豐富,如果底部煎燶D更加夾自己口味.蟹粉鍋巴不單只有蟹粉味,隱隱約約仲有咸蛋黃味滲出,鍋巴極脆口,作為餐前小食一流.記得當年詠藜園接受訪問,曾經講過佢地嘅擔擔麵擺放一晚麵條都唔會變,我係幫襯堂食唔可能放一晚,但擺放咗約十五分鐘,麵條口感同以前食過無咩大分別,首先湯底濃郁,齋飲個湯底已經飽一半,有花生香之餘仲有我大愛嘅蔥香,麵條一條條無話斷開哂,冧身之餘有小小彈牙,麵

餐廳改咗名叫千歲擔擔麵,環境比黃大仙店更闊落.

首選當然係點擔擔麵,分正宗版同改良版,分別係改良版加上豬肉,另外亦都分辣同唔辣,我點咗改良版,走辣.

另外小籠包,生煎包,蟹粉鍋巴,清炒河蝦仁各一客.

清粉河蝦仁超好味無得輸,蝦仁新鮮鮮甜又彈牙,連D蔥段都好好味.

食食吓見到隔離枱點咗個蔥油餅,雖然已經飽飽地,但都點咗一客外賣打包,入口蔥油味夠香口感酥脆,重有不少芝麻係面更香口.

最後要讚一讚D待應,餐廳原來要掃 QR Code 落單,我就忘記咗直接搵D待應落單,佢地都無黑面,好樂意幫我落單,有咩辦法唔俾 Like!
