To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

擔擔麵湯底感覺幾香，無咁咸，麵質好

聽朋友講呢間擔擔麵好食，於是特意由葵與地鐵站行過黎食。食落又覺得無咁大驚喜，不過湯底的確香濃麵質好。叫埋個豬pa得果少少無咩用粉多，食完好似唔知自己食左咩，但味不錯。食完個麵唔夠飽(其實我真係無試過比4x蚊既上海野會唔夠飽)，叫多個高麗豆沙($20兩個)，係有D硬硬地厚實果種，唔係咬落似棉花果D，呢個可以唔試唔提議特地前來食，經過還可以。
