To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

起街出面既擔擔麵少之有少，愛上它原因在於易入口而且麵質較腍，非常好吃。作為小籠包愛好者，來到這店，當然叫到，而且另點一個麻油海蜇。擔擔麵選左花生湯底，擔擔麵由於較難入味，加上麵身容易腍軟。但湯底仍然濃厚，花生味不太好，反而吃到花生的碎粒。味道頗濃而稠身，十分好吃。小籠包以為普通之作，但皮做到軟身的效果，表面乾身但內裏做到肉汁飛溢的效果，內餡含薑粒，味道一流。麻油海蜇可能來人鍾情於海蜇，對其要求甚高，但此只屬小吃一類，作罷了。但口感頗爽，油份十足。整體上十分好吃，因為做到中等要求的上海菜小店十分少有，回頭機會甚高。
