我至鍾意hea 銅鑼灣,由駱克道巡舖時發現新餐廳越開越多,好似人氣。也越來越旺。既然咁旺,我哋就去試吓新串燒小店「川燒」我哋系第一枱客人,完全未感受到熱鬧氣氛,不過過咗七點左右,個埸就越燒越旺,居酒屋feel 的串燒店真是很適合放工約好友來吃串燒、啤啤佢 🍻小店新裝感覺乾淨企理,座位亦不會太迫。食串燒梗要叫到成枱都係先會開心先飲啖「蜂蜜柚子茶」潤下喉嚨先男友就點左杯凍野青檸話梅梳打$32佢話酸酸甜甜好開胃,可以食多幾串咁話喎!串燒豆腐28先炸後燒,做到外脆內軟。黑松露芝士牛油焗雜菇$48原個錫紙兜上,加咗白汁焗,口感好creamy 燒油甘魚鮫$138有啲人成日覺得魚鮫肉少,其實越食越有,而且邊邊燒得香脆可口,少少咸味吊出鮮味。川燒特級厚切牛脷$48咬落去有少許靱川香肉碎燒茄子 $56茄子起肉先蒸再加上麻辣肉碎,超惹味,個人推介!一向都喜歡「免治雞肉棒」$48啖啖肉,保留點點軟骨,沒有不吃的理由。蒜蓉燒大虎蝦$78虎蝦燒到個殼脆卜卜,夠大隻,夠我哋一人咬一啖,加埋蒜蓉調味,超級香口,肉質爽口。最後是店員推介燒芝麻湯圓 $28好似串燒三兄弟,糯米皮燒到小小焦,煙靱,但芝麻餡冇預期地流心,一
