擺盤精緻有儀式感,細節位亦做得細心~~~唔經唔覺又到左一年一度嘅慶祝時間 今年大舊就book咗呢一間喺中環嘅Omekase同我食晚飯 係佢朋友介紹嘅 話性價比幾高 而且菜式夠靚~~~一坐低首先餐廳送上前菜 三個前菜分別係胡麻菠菜(胡麻味道濃郁)、汁煮東風螺(好香甜)同水雲八爪魚(幾開胃)~~~之後送上嘅就係石垣鯛刺身、加入左雪梨汁嘅秋刀魚蘿蔔卷 、酥炸白甘鯛、加入左柚子醋啫喱嘅生津生蠔、天婦羅白子、備長炭燒拖羅 (入口即化-“加入Wasabi 黑松露幾特別)、日本柿 、深海池魚、帆立貝、牡丹蝦壽司(連帶炸蝦鰓)、King size左口魚、炸紫蘇葉伴海膽等等~~~整體來講每一碟刺身壽司等,味道都非常出色,而且擺盤令人賞心悅目,海膽鮮甜,拖羅紅潤,個人特別鍾意佢哋嘅牡丹蝦壽司,師傅細心地暖一暖蝦膏,我將佢擺喺凍嘅牡丹蝦上面,熱力令蝦膏更濃郁,好細心。~~~食完之後佢哋再送上一口墨汁意粉同立魚白湯 ,魚肉雖然係熟嘅,但都覺得佢肥,加上日本豆腐,非常清甜,加埋最後嘅玫瑰花🌹奶凍,咁嘅價錢食到呢個質素,整體頗有驚喜。~~~Sooshi Gold by Sushi Sooshi (中環)中環威靈頓
