To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我支持環保,更支持智慧環保。一間機構要推環保,要有實際行動,而且行動要有智慧。我今日叫了炸脾沙律和凍咖啡,原來凍飲宜家冇提供飲管。沒有飲管沒有問題,我也支持環保,保護海龜。但如果你知道食店整凍咖啡的步驟,你就知道問題所在。食店只停止供應飲管,但沒有改變沖製咖啡的步驟,也沒有提供其他工具讓食客整均咖啡的味道,影響飲品的品質,讓人感到不妥。算吧!可能我比較挑剔,講番食物。炸脾味道和質感可以,沙律就偏酸,咖啡就唔好提。成個下午茶四十蚊,貴唔貴?睇您點睇。

算吧!可能我比較挑剔,講番食物。炸脾味道和質感可以,沙律就偏酸,咖啡就唔好提。
