未見過咁大既皮旦酥。外型十分吸引，雖然已經食過晚飯，亦敵不過皮旦引力。一刀切開，原隻大皮蛋，好感動！以為會好油，但又唔係喎；原隻大皮旦，薄薄的蓮蓉子薑及瓜子，再加上酥皮。層次鮮明，口感豐富。喜歡食傅統中式酥餅的朋友，絕不能錯過。
