To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 4/11/2007 1:00PM下午要見工, 中午先同bf到“蔡瀾美食坊”食左lunch.一見到太興, 我就唸到好耐無食既fushion 焗飯. 一於試試!選了卡位, 坐得舒服. 一如所料, fushion焗飯仍然吸引, 有”野生蜂蜜蜜桃焗金牌叉燒飯”($42) , 青介末忌廉汁焗脆皮燒肉飯”..etc…5,6個選擇, 名字聽起黎都好想食咁.喜歡佢既叉燒, 便來一個野生蜂蜜蜜桃焗金牌叉燒飯. $42一個lunch set 黎講不算便宜, 但份量卻頗大,比一般茶記大. 一食之下, 食得出係即焗既, 飯是炒飯底, 略乾身. 上面鋪住既係大小同肥適中既叉燒, 而叉燒上面就有3片蜜桃片. 汁料微甜, 味道與蜜汁叉燒幾夾. 個人認為太興的叉燒做得不錯. 頗林身.Bf 要既係是西式午餐, 龍利柳意粉(蒜蓉汁).($42). 心唸o係太興食西餐?? 不如去西餐廳. 點知一上枱, 竟是驚喜! 份量一般, 卻估唔到塊龍利柳幾大! 煎得一d都唔會好乾, 而且新鮮, 無咩雪味, 讚~~汁料都係普通貨色, 反而意粉做得幾好, 用了香草略炒, 加上又做到al dente 口感, 好!
