收工夜左唔知食咩好添,去附近食同事介紹既宵夜餐廳先。呢度宵夜黎講種類繁多,又串燒又麵又飯咁,我首先叫左個日式炒手打烏冬配牛,我鍾意佢有木魚架,飄下飄下係幾過癮,仲有雜菜添呀,夠健康,主角烏冬配燒汁再加肥牛,好入味,即刻令我返左成日工都充滿能量呀。跟手食左串燒白鱔,串白鱔最正係層皮燒到脆架,加上少量魚油令魚肉非常滑身,脆外皮加上鱔肉係口感層次分明既。
