To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

10點正自動結帳,電腦板顯示已經結賬,無得check下仲有乜未到。唔係應該起碼幾分鐘之前提示客人將會載單?後來服務員問我仲有乜未到,我話你cut左我單,我枱上部平板機已經check唔番。跟住良久print張單比我睇,我話有蝦壽司未到。轉頭10秒唔夠回頭話架機壞了,無得食。全程一句sorry都無,表情絕對係「你快D走啦」。我明白你用「高速火車」送餐可能可以慳番D服務成本,但僅餘的員工也疑似唔想做的態度,實在令人擔心。唔好話其他人慢慢吞噬香港,係我地自己香港人唔長進,服務業倒退,放棄進步的機會。
