To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

收工食過美味醫肚的晚餐下班時間肚餓，等車人流又多，吃個晚餐才回家吧，這家皇室冰廳人流未算太多，看門面相算企理衛生，而且餐牌作價也不算貴。餐廳有提供消毒紙巾和裝口罩的膠袋。粟米蘿蔔火腿湯跟餐有白飯有餐湯，湯足料，有粟米，也有蘿蔔。柱侯蘿蔔炆牛腩煲 ($68)常見的經典菜式，牛腩數量絕對夠，放滿在整個煲上，牛腩煮至軟腍但味偏淡。蘿蔔都充滿了醬汁的味道。雖然不算是特別的晚餐，總算好味抵食，而且以茶餐廳而言還算乾淨衛生，還算值得跟大家分享。
