聽同事講在港灣豪庭食生蠔,自己收工都去試一試。不太會食生蠔的我,問一問店員推介,就點了少少四隻「法國Gillardeau生蠔」海水味不重,肥大肉厚,鮮甜滑口,加上點點檸檬汁口感細膩充滿層次再點了一份法國鵝肝牛柳餐首先來碗「法國龍蝦湯」正正常常前菜:煙三魚多士,加少少沙津菜作點綴配合,造出豐富感。主菜:鵝肝配牛柳鵝肝,肥美肉嫩,口感細膩嫩滑,在舌尖上溶化,後再有淡淡的燒鵝味回流。牛柳點了五成熟,份量充足,肉質結實,切開後呈現粉嫩色,柔軟可口彈牙,充滿肉汁。配上薯條總括一餐。
