To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日想食嘅鋪頭無開，行過見到呢間壽司鋪小店就支持下，點知呢個決定令我後悔咗成日…🙁.呢間嘅壽司同丼飯定價都好進取，咁我就expect佢用料同食物質素都會有返咁上下啦！原來係我一廂情願…😕😕三色丼飯成一舊水，但見到個吞拿魚就想哭…睇佢個色水似西瓜皮都知咩事，食落係擦膠質感，嚡熠熠，無鮮味，中伏🥲蝦同三文魚就正常啦…再睇埋啲飯，啲飯好濕又黏埋一舊，好難食😓抹茶冷麵便當，麵同個冷麵都完全無味，完全唔知食緊咩🫠又一中伏…仲要呢個便當都好似成八十蚊…😭.呢間小店定價咁高，我期望你會係用啲高質嘅食材，同埋廚師嘅手勢都有咁上吓水平，但原來只係一間食水深嘅鋪頭😭黃店都係咁話…食完真係ruin my day…永不錄用❌❌❌
